Rest & Restore Retreat

This event is an early Winter retreat to find some calm before the madness of Christmas comes upon us.

We will spend time grounding and connecting through gentle breathwork, easy yin and yoga Nidra. Followed by a healing Sound Journey.

Expect this to aid sleep and to reset the nervous system to calm.

Its simply a morning to rest & restore.

Hot drinks and cakes are included in the price.

You dont need to bring anything. Just yourself in very comfy clothing.

We will provide all else you need.
