Soundbath

About the Event

This Soundbath is similar to what we provide in the evening but in the day time. For those who either prefer this or who have more free time in the day.

We will specifically work to create moments of calm, to help create a healthy sleep pattern and to aid anxiety.

These will be themed with a continuity to personal growth.

The idea is that you sign up for all, so we create a sense of community but drop in's are welcome too. As we understand life can get in the way.
