Leave your busy London life behind for an hour and half of quality time for yourself.
Emerge into this healing Soundbath and let the vibrations of our Crystal bowls and Gong do their magic work.
These sessions offer a variety of breathing, cacao, healing, cards and moslty a nice long calming soundbath in the comfortable environment of our boutique studio, hidden in lush gardens.

We love you to choose you and to choose selfcare into this busy world.
You are very welcome to dress casually or come in your pyjamas. Make it comfortable and warm. There is no pressure.
We offer hot drinks, blankets, sheepskin and a variety of cushions.

What is Sound Healing
Sound Healing is a form of meditation that uses a combination of unique instruments played in a relaxing, soothing way to encourage peace, stillness and calm throughout the mind and body. Also called a 'Sound Bath'.

Blockages are cleared and your energy is purified.
Awaken to the reality of healing the body with vibration and sound while healing the mind with a calming, guided meditation. It has been practised for thousands of years to realign the body's vibration, improve mental health issues and emotional wellbeing.
Benefits
Sound healing gives you the time to go within, detach from the outside world and reconnect with yourself. Many people find they feel more relaxed, peaceful, and rejuvenated afterward, while the different sounds also make them more aware of themselves and their emotions, helping them to navigate real-world situations.
Typical Session
We ask everybody to arrive in good time to settle into the space before we open the circle.
Every evening is different but all evenings are themed to help you tune into life, your personal growth and well being.
So we always offer one or two of the following: Cacao ceremony, Meditation, Yoga Nidra, Shaking/Tapping, Pranayama or more.
This helps you to create your own personal intention. Having an intention allows you to focus more clearly during the experience; it creates a state of mindfulness and helps you feel a deeper connection to the sounds.
We then guide you to lie down comfortably and your bathing to sounds will start.
We provide Blankets, cushions, eye pillows, bolsters and tea.
Once the sounds finish, we gently guide you back and give you time for the dust to settle. To see how you feel or to just sit. There is often the opportunity to draw a card or to speak your mind if you wish to share.
What to bring & wear
You don't need to bring anything. We provide all you need. You may however wish to bring your own blanket, pillow or anything else to get even more comfy.
We advise you to arrive in comfortable clothing and not wear tight fitting jeans or so. We like the energy to be free to flow and not restricted anywhere. This will also help you relax.
Bring socks during all seasons and maybe a wooly hat in winter as it is easy to cool down when lying still.
Wearing layers is advised too.
Come in yoga year, jogging bottoms or your PJ's. All is welcome. There is no need to dress up and look your best.
