Join us as we embrace the transformative power of sound & embark on a journey towards greater well-being and inner harmony.

✨ What is a Sound Bath?A sound bath is a deeply immersive experience where healing frequencies of instruments such as the gong and crystal bowls invite you to journey within & surrender into stillness. As you relax, the vibrations wash over you, releasing tension, calming your nervous system, and promoting inner harmony.

✨ What to bring?

Please bring (if possible) an eye mask and an open heart & mind.

All that is required for you in this session is to get as cosy as humanly possible so please make sure you're wearing warm and comfy clothing.

Yoga mats, cushions and blankets are provided.
