Once you pay your initial booking deposit you agree to these terms and conditions.

We have a variety of payment options.

- If you are sure sure; pay at once and safe yourself the hassle of having to make many instalments.

- If you like to reserve a room but need more time before to save up; until 1st October 2025 we only request a 5% non refundable deposit.

 

After 1st October 2025 we request the following instalments which will be non refundable:

- 1st October 2025: 25%

- 1st February 2026: 25% (total 50%)

- 1st July 2026: 50% (total 100%)

 

I for any reason you can't make it and we have a waiting list, we are happy to fill your space and refund you.

Otherwise, you can find a friend who likes to take your space. However if you have booked a shared room, we will have to make sure they are a good match.

All payments are by bank transfer to save us all al lot of fees.

 

We advise you take out a private travel insurance. You are responsible to book your own flight in good time. Make sure you have a valid passport and do not need a visa to enter.

We can help with transport if you are on the same flight we suggest. Otherwise we can only do our best.

Everything on offer on the retreat  such as activities, treatments and outings are organised with you in mind and suitable for all levels of yogi. We can not change what we offer and there are no refunds if you decide not to go on an outing or do a workshop.

 

By agreeing to our T&C's you give away any right to make a claim for lost or stolen property while travelling for your retreat or while there for the entire duration inside and outside the property. You waive away the right to claim anything from the organisers or the house would you be ill, have an injury or incase of death. It is your responsibility to make sure you are fit and healthy for the intended trip and activities and you need to make the organisers aware of any allergies, injuries or specific needs.
