We invite you to a 4-night retreat on the Andalusian coast, lovingly curated to help you slow down and return to yourself through gentle yoga, grounding breathwork, soothing sound healing, and the quiet rhythm of the sea.
Whether you're a devoted yogi or simply seeking space to pause and exhale, this retreat offers a sanctuary where you can soften, restore, and reconnect—with your body, your breath, and your being.

This retreat will be very close to my heart as it will be the first one near my new home in Spain. Where I will have started my own journey of renewal. I hope to welcome my London Yogis to keep the connection alive and embrace new faces to join in this feeling of community & belonging. A space where we are free to be who we want to be.

Our home is beautiful, handcrafted by local Artisans from Andalucia using ancestral techniques and organic, environmentally sustainable materials, creating a calming, minimal Mediterranean style.
There are 4 casitas with sea views amidst beautiful gardens with ancient olive trees.
1 hr from Malaga airport and only 25 minutes from Gibraltar Airport.

what is included
It is so important when you are on a retreat that you can relax and know exactly what to expect.
(At least when it comes to costs)
So please rest assured that all of the following is included in your price;
- 4 nights accommodation by the beach with full use of all terraces, pool and gardens.

All rooms are part of private casitas which means that every two or three rooms have the luxury of sharing a chill out space with a sofa, chairs and a kitchen with your own fridge which we will lovingly fill with treats for your arrival.
A small touch adding an area for you to retreat or to gather with friends before sleep.

We offer a mixture of private and shared rooms. These last ones can be shared with a friend or we pair you up with a fellow yogi of the same sex.
Sharing is a beautiful way to connect with like minded souls and make meaningful friendships.
There are four casitas set amongst gardens, patios and ancient olive trees.
Each with their own calm chill out place.
If you like to share one with a group of friends please let us know.

Please note that all casita living room spaces may be used for workshops or meditation when the weather is too hot or wet and we like to be inside.
Otherwise other guests can only come by invitation. Noice should be kept at a minimum once some people have gone to bed.
